A UK base Contractor Engineer Name Mr Li Powell Bartholomew, was arrested for a Shoddy work worth $3

In the early hours of Thursday 05th of August, A British citizen Mr Li Powell Bartholomew was arrested for shoddy construction that was carried out by his team and employee in Istanbul Republic of Turkey Mr Li Powell was awarded the contract worth of $ 3,100,000.00 and completed the building project last year 2018, The building was completed and was out for rent age to the general public in Istanbul, Republic of Turkey where the building was carried out. August 5th 2018 the Build that was built by Mr Li Powell which was unknowingly to the general public that the building was built by shoddy construction management and cause the building to dilapidated internally due to inadequate strong building materials as at when the building project was been executed, And led to the building collapsing and resulted to several people around the neighborhood severely injure and two life was lost during the painful incident, Mr LI Powell made the CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY to understand that the collapsing was because of Mr Charles harry who was also a British citizen and sometimes manage the building project anytime he was not in the republic of turkey.Mr Li Powell Bartholomew has all his personal belongings such as British Passport, All his important and confidential private personal document has been confiscated and he is Ban not to travel outside the country until he payback 25% of the amount he made from the building project to the family of the decease that died,But in order for Mr Li Powell to close the court case level against him by the CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY and walk away freely according the republic of Turkey law on housing and management *1894 #legal ROT,Law *24 Mr Li Powell is expected to payback 25% of 3.1 million dollars to the family of the those who lost their lives during the collapsing of the building, In his next court hearing Mr Li Powell is expected to provide the date he will be making those transactions to the relevant body in charge of receiving the amount so he will be able to received his International passport and other document and valuables.
